Have you stopped speaking with someone who mattered to you in your life?

Are you thinking it might be time to reach out to them, but you are not sure how to go about it?

We are experienced, professional mediators. We have completed extensive training and maintain a current Virginia Supreme Court mediator certification. Whether it was something that happened years ago, a dispute over a will/estate, a political argument, or something else, a skilled mediator may be able to help you work through it.

Janet O’Connell had a 35 year successful federal government career. She created Reconcile Ready Mediation in 2023 after seeing a need for mediation services focused on family members who were once close but are now estranged. She has been a certified mediator since 2011 and has been successful in helping people work through their disagreements. She has mediated a variety of disputes such as employment/workplace, landlord/tenant, and small claims court cases including consumer/business issues.
